[Feature request] option to prevent unloading a certain tab or a specific address....

Currently you can only prevent an entire domain, but sometimes i want it to unload everything from that domain except one tab....

i think the most elegant way, is something similar to how TabMixPlus did the locked and protected tabs.... and you can even add a tiny icon on the tab's favicon of a battery or something to indicate it like they did....

but i guess the easiest way, is to give more access to edit the exceptions list from the addon settings page? that way people can add a specific address instead of the main domain, would that easily work?

naturally both options have a bit of a different and separated use-case slightly, so the best case scenario is to add both, but not having either is feeling very limited, so adding even one will make the addon feel way more powerful....
