dynamic-cli Write Unit test and Integration test for our CLI to test the functionality

For now, we don't have any test which will give us a surety that we can deploy our new changes without affecting the previous one. If we have our own test where we can surely say that it might not fail when we release a new version or new feature.

@yasht01 Sure. You can work on this issue. Basically, you have to test each part of the cli starting from --version to test the API.
