Suggestion - Visual Carrying of items

Summary

This would mainly be an addition for the house robberys and possibly the store robbery aswell but it would make it so that certain items that are defined within the code will force a prop into your hands and if this is in your hands like the Box if your over weight you cannot shoot or even actually run but they will be able to be thrown with /yeet.

Things like Plasma Flat Screen TV's the same ones you can buy at the store is what you will find in the house robberys and these can be sold at a fence for a little under what you can buy them at the stores, A counter act to this is there is the Inspect ability just like in gold bars that can say "Bought From Store" or "Reported Stolen" as it will be forced into your hands like in this picture

This same thing can be added for the Store Robbery where instead of getting cash from one of the registers you can get the actual register itself and this will sell for about 4k at a fence but is obviously illegal and will be held in your hand just like the Image

Another Item for the house robbery could be a old TV it would put prop prop_tv_04 into your hands and would sell only for a couple hundred bucks.

Reason

This would allow for more risk during house robberys as PD can visualy see you carrying a TV or something and also adds an extra step for the Store Robbery's if you get that instead of cash
