Summary
Add the ability to take spoiled food items to a place like the Grapeseed farm or La Fuenta Blanca perhaps and turn those spoiled food items into fertilizer to be used on plants. Could work almost like Moonshine does. Press E and it uses all the spoiled food and drink items in your pockets and waits x amount of minutes depending on how much was used. Then it spits out a number of bags that makes sense for the quantity of food that went into it.
Reason
Reduce, reuse, recycle. Small quality of life thing to clean up all the piles of random food and turn it into something useful for people

Even better suggestion.. Take a bucket to any alleyway southside, and "press E to scoop hobo shit (weed fertiliser)"
I think there's already a milkable cow as well where some dung could be collected.
