Summary
Something I have come across in my time as a RP realtor is, a lack of Mansion blocks available for new realtors AND homes in good locations that people are looking for!
Why not have Luxury Apartments? The interiors would include: High End, Penthouse [if able], Franklins Mansion.
The idea is to utilize buildings in the city, and in the Rockford area.
Some buildings have enough doors to suffice & others have doors that I think could be turned into elevators.
Elevator concept would be, you'd have access to the elevator if you have access to a property within that building.
Below I have attached some buildings + locations that I think would be perfect for this.
Reason
I think that this would be a great addition to the server, giving realtors + people more options of where to live.
This would require a lot of reworking of existing systems to nicely integrate within the existing realty stuff. I like the idea but it probably wont happen anytime soon
I know this is an older GitHub but I'd like to jump on this with a luxury apartments Github I was about to work on to post but I think it would fit into this more. More choices of luxury apartments in the City could well fit into this addition of in general having some more homes in the city.
Specifically two (three?) new apartments next to the High-End one and the mansions.
The (Lower) Penthouse: We can already find this one at the intersection of Spanish Avenue and Meteor Street by Vinewood Ammunition. It is connected to the rest of the music studio office place but if two of the doors were to be locked it could be a nice rectangular apartment.
Basically the Layout would be just the box marked in red as we have this Penthouse in the city but it's furnitured. So maybe this could be included for people to rent at a higher or similar cost to the mansions/apartments due to it being new or so.
The (Upper) Penthouse:
The Upper Penthouse can also be found in the city directly opposite from South Mo Milton Drive 23 in the skyscraper tower.
Excluded from this interior could be this room if needed:

I know there's another luxury apartment interior but I struggled to remember where in the city it was located.
So I had to grab references from online:
The Lower Penthouse could have a cost around the lower end of the Mansions or High-End Apartment. Where as the Upper Penthouse could be at the cost of the High-End or a little higher due to it being new and in general a really nice luxury layout. Same with the last one, let's call it Middle Penthouse, this one could be on the same level as the Upper Penthouse.
I just think all three could be another really nice money-sink for people in nice spots in the city to have apartments in, instead of having to go for just mansions or the lower apartments that aren't as pretty. Though I can completely and fully see and understand this would be a MASSIVE undertaking to make accessible and such.
personally i like that the penthouses are not all just owned by one rich person who has the money to buy em all, but are rather accessible and free to use for the whole community
That's not what I meant. The ones there can stay public, but it would be nice to be able to rent apartments with that interior layout to then furnish yourself. I'm also personally not a fan of a special layout being owned by just one person, but this would make this interior both public and also customizable for those who want to go ahead and rent the interior from a realtor somewhere in the city that Selliee suggested.
Edit: Like, just the Middle or Upper penthouse that I posted I would almost immediately rent just because the layout is so much better than the current High-End, Franklin or Michael Interior.
Could we do it like the motels where you walk up, and buy one no realtors, set price, 25-30k a week?
Maybe 5 at each spot? 3-4 trust me! they will be used!!!!!

Exactly, i would say Casino, maybe the OG Vinewood one, and 2 others around the city.
Either limit them to 5 per spot or unlimited so anyone with that cash can get one!
Yea exactly, just like the houses/flats we already have, but being able to rent those types too. So it would be (info taken from OnlyHomes)
