Suggestion - New Level System For Hunting/Mining/Diving

Summary
Considering how popular hunting/mining/diving are i think it would be really really cool to see an update that introduces a level system to these activities that provides various forms of being rewarded while leveling. Not only do i think it would be really good and make these all more interactive but i think would really spike the longevity of the player base doing such activities. I could only imagine leveling up my hunting to increase skin speeds/ increase materials gained from skinning/ increase the limits to sell these materials. Ofc it would have to be something realistic and not selling 1000 leather a day and also not something where you could max hunting level quick maybe take like 2-4/6-8 months of doing the activity daily . With mining same thing increase mining and scanning speeds/ increase limits and increase the rates of being successful while mining gems from stable instead of getting nothing / even reducing the risk of mining slightly/unstable/very unstable. Lastly Diving same concept pretty much just increase the speed of swimming while in the diving area/ wearing tank lasts longer / more mats and more rare items from collecting the dive. Anyways hopefully you like this idea just as much as me and i know things like this if even possible could take a huge amount of work to accomplish but just wanted to express this idea as its something ive been thinking about all day and man would i love to see this content as im sure 100% of the player base would as well!
Reason
Spike the longevity of the player base who interact with such activities while making these more immersive and fun to do. This type in in depth character progression could really peak the interest of doing such activities and really just create more fun RP behind having better results/extra skills/rewards for being a higher level in Hunting/Mining/Diving.
Maybe even cap the amount of experience you could get from doing these activities daily to prevent power leveling.

We can have the level updated on hunting license or similar.

Just wondering if this could be applied to all jobs?
Starting at level 1 then making your way up the leveling system. Trash, transporter chance of you finding higher quantity items and more of them. Maybe make a few extra dollars.
Could find your rank out at life invader, just to add an extra layer to the non whitelisted jobs.
Transporter goes from a default trailer to one of the other ones as you level. Fuel, vehicles and there's the train trailer.
Would be cool to see this applied to trash and whatnot, bump ^. Could perhaps use a command to display experience? i.e /experience You are a novice miner You are a intermediate trash collecter
Just an idea but I know those jobs need some love from a system like that

I've always loved progression systems. This would definitely be a great addition.
