Suggestion - BR/Arena improvements

Summary

The BR weapons are a part of the Legacy battle royal event or can be picked up inside the Arena Pill. Make it so people cannot take their fully-modified weapons inside the arena. The arena has weapons spawn around the floor or often a super admin will give players around a Gun and an arena pill. You have some people going in with ARS with extended clips and suppressors just cleaning up the newer people in the server.

Option 1: Increase the spawn rates of certain weapons inside of the arena however whatever happens inside the Arena pill will be removed from the person whenever they exit. There won't be a stockpile of BR Guns, Body armor, and Medical shit laying around in random places.

Option 2: The BR guns can stay as an inventory item, maybe reduce the weight of these weapons as in roleplay they are considered to be "video game" guns. Increase the spawn rate of BR attachments inside of the arena as they aren't seen very often or weapons could spawn with "random" attachments.

Reason

Would make the arena more appealing to some of the newer players as when they join they won't be shot down by suppressed "meta" weapons.

Creates a more even playing field for anyone joining the arena to have fun with friends etc.

Creates a better roleplay feeling to the VR Arena Pills as people will no longer be able to take their own firearms in.

Creates a more balanced arena experience for anyone that joins, with and without BR weapons given by super admins.
