Summary: Write a summary of what your suggestion is about. Currently within the prison there is no way to receive medical attention with no DOC or EMS on duty. There should be a way to make the current infirmary be able to check in prisoners (If DOC is on duty) or be able to purchase med-kits at the prison store that can be used when DOC is not on duty.

Reason: Why would your suggestion be a good change to the framework? This will help prisoner's that are in for life or current prisoners that get into fights and need medical attention without going down.
