Petrol Can has infinite ammo

When filling a car or pouring gas from petrol_can, the ammo count does not decrease and stays at what ever number it had when spawned in.

this still hasn't been fixed i just took the jerry-cans out at this point

Regarding the problem of not reducing jerrycans, [qb]/qb-smallresourcs is most likely related
