List of packages

We have some nice statistic about packages working, working with workarounds and not working with lto. Is there a list telling which packages are working/not working without modifications? If not, would it be possible to publish this list?

The coverage statistic is two years out of date, I think it's worth updating it in general. The situation has improved significantly with more upstreams caring about LTO support and multiple distros enabling it by default.

The coverage statistic was very conservative even at it's time -- they're all packages that we have multiple independent confirmations of them working. Another way to look at it is that less than 1% of the packages we've tested actually have required a workaround.

I find it a little unfortunate that every distro works on LTO on its own on its own table. Some kind of database of "safe" LTO compile flags or workaround shared across distros would be nice. Maybe it exists ? I haven't looked it up, I know from some Phoronix posts that Fedora and Ubuntu use LTO now, I guess one can go and check in their repositories what kind of flags they are using.
