Kundera - Cassandra SSL support

We are using Kundera to connect to Cassandra, which is working just fine. Now we had to move Cassandra to a distant server what required to encrypt connections. This is working if we use native Cassandra driver, however we have no clue, how to do that with Kundera and if it is even possible. Could anyone help?

Can you please confirm whether Kundera has added support for communication with cassandra using SSL?

We are looking to use Kundera, but this would be a show stopper for us. Is this issue resolved in latest version? Any plans for addressing?
