Help, I can't install Impact

When I try to launch the impact client it says this: Failed to download file. Name: 1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1.jar URL: https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1/1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1.jar Filename on disk: 1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1.jar Path: C:\Users\hello\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\versions\1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1\1.16.5-Impact_4.9.1.jar Exists: Nonexistent And I followed the other forms, but it still has this error

Yeah, that's probably a sign that Impact is just... dead. I'd assume that the Amazon S3 server that Impact is trying to download the .jar from is dead and gone. Reading the raw S3 link XML output: <Error> <Code>NoSuchBucket</Code> <Message>The specified bucket does not exist</Message> <BucketName>Minecraft.Download</BucketName> <RequestId>M55QMEP8AS8E50N2</RequestId> <HostId> REDACTED-FOR-PRIVACY </HostId> </Error> Truth be told, Impact hasn't been developed for almost 4 years now. It's most likely fully discontinued.

will I am getting another problem When I finish installing the file I cannot find it on my launcher
