Game crashing whenever Impact is in the mods folder

Describe the bug Whenever I try to launch forge with impact in the mods folder, it crashes and gives me exit code 1. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Put Impact in mods folder along with several other mods
2. Launch Forge 1.12.2
3. Game does not run

Expected behavior I expected the client to run with all my mods.

**Additional context**
I have future client installed on the forge client but uninstalling it doesn't solve the issue.
