Item Saver bug

Describe the bug basically i am tunneling in the nether with the #tunnel command, then the item saver function of impact starts throwing away my pickaxes once my inventory is filled up with netherrack amongst other stuff i carry with myself

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a minecraft server
2. Tunnel via baritone with item save function on
3. Wait for inventory to be filled up
4. Wait for tool to reach durability levels needed for the item saver function to start
5. See error

Expected behavior Carrying on tunneling without getting my pickaxes thrown away
