ncp flight only works once after you joined the server

When i use the ncp fly mode i can only fly once, and then whenever i fly again it will just jump until i leave and rejoin the server

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'any server'
2. Turn on the flight module and set it to ncp
3. The settings of the module i was using: Falls on, Overshoot on, Confirm packets off, Load disable on, Positive on, and for the flight module itself: Anti kick on.
4. Now when you fly and then turn flight off the next time you turn flight on without leaving the server it just jumps

Note: this doesn't happen with creative flight, and it also happens with AAC flight
