[1.14] crosshair+ uneven

outline not pixelated right while others have the corner pixelated, the bottom does not.

the bottom is also uneven in size with the others, if we count the pixels which is made easy by the inspecting feature from sharex.

this was made with size 9. while all 3 (left, right, top) have 7 white pixels the bottom one has 9 white pixels.

this makes the client literally unplayable for me since i cannot use it now properly. fix asap
