Separating Multiple Alpha Channels in JPEG 2000 Files (JPF)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

@dlemstra Recently you did wonderful work extracting extra alpha channels in PSD files, and I have tested this thoroughly. The only other formats aside from Photoshop formats that support this known to me are TIFF and JPEG 2000, namely JPF.

For TIFFs, your existing method works! I think it is largely PSD in disguise in the samples we've tested.

But for JPFs, this looks like a feature request. I've attached our little holiday gnome sample.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would love -separate to result in producing all channels in the image.

It is indeed a PSD hidden in a TIFF file. And I have seen your post, just haven't had time to research them.

Can you check this again @blue-j ? We have made numerous multi channel improvements the last 1-2 years.
