Set max limit of QueryParamsStoreDefaultMultiValue

QueryParamsStoreDefaultMultiValue should able to set minimum, maximum amount of number of item of array, if more than that should auto remove string after separator

Thats are some good suggestions. I will keep them in mind and work on them after I finish the refactoring that I'm working on now. 👍
