[JP] API localization issues - certain strings appear in EN.

Description

Strings coming after Parameters (パラメーター) appear in English despite being localized.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open IgxGridValidationService/IgxGridComponent page.

Result

Strings below パラメーター appear in English. All other text is localized.

Expected result

Strings should be localized.
