Update Side Navigation Template component hosts

Description

Side navigation template uses a nav bar. The components (views) that are individually added are visualized in the nav bar outlet. These component wrap around their content and as such will not behave consistently when modified by users.

The views should be displaying in 100% of the outlet viewport and align their content via flex (specifically, flex-flow: column)

Making this adjustment to the template will require some of the existing component and scenario templates to be updated as well
