chore(ng): update [email protected]; [email protected]; remove force

This PR includes:

• [email protected] (if you want to properly test it before official release, use some of the betas as a reference)
• igneteui dv @18.0.0 and remove --force

Before the [email protected] is released the following PR should be merged: https://github.com/IgniteUI/igniteui-angular/pull/14478 Then this PR can also be merged and [email protected] can be released.

This PR should be cherrypicked or merged to master.
