Expose an option to skip replacing project name on generation or use a placeholder

Description

We can add a 'hidden' option to the CLI instead where it won't replace the project name at all (or since schematics will likely complain - maybe try replacing it with the placeholder). Might be worth investigating. Could even make the default placeholders configurable so the CodeGen is not tied hardcoding the CLI-s placeholders.
