Fix Dropdown icon inconsistencies in all themes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Due to inconsistencies in terms of usage of the dropdown icon, we'd like to propose the following design improvement.

Describe the solution you'd like

Material, Fluent & Bootstrap Change the “arrow_drop_down” icon to “keyboard_arrow_down” icon (resp. “arrow_drop_up” icon to “keyboard_arrow_up” icon) in the following components: Icons
