igxGrid scroll position is not consistent after fly-in and out igcDockManager's content pane

Description

When igxGrid is placed inside the igcDockManager's content pane, grid's scroll position is not properly restored after the pane flies in and out.

• igniteui-angular version: igniteui-angular: 17.0.11 igniteui-dockmanager: 1.14.3
• browser: Chrome

Steps to reproduce

1. Run this sample: https://stackblitz.com/edit/wcmk62-67ddyo?file=src%2Fapp%2Fdock-manager-sample%2Fdock-manager.component.html
2. Click "Unpinned Pane 1" to fly out the pane.
3. Move the grid's horizontal scrollbar to the right end.
4. Click outside the flyout pane to hide the pane.
5. Click "Unpinned Pane 1" to fly out the pane again.

Result

The grid scroll position is reset, but the scroll thumb stays in the right end.

Expected result

Both the grid scroll position and the location of the scroll thumb are restored, or they are both reset.
