Nav Drawer Theming & Overlays Issues
Description
This is an AppBuilder app showing a Nav Drawer in Overlay mode, using a custom dark theme based on material dark, with custom surface background color (blue).
Expected result
- Hover state background be a transparency of white. Around 2-3% white is what Material UI has for theirs.
- ALL OVERLAYS background colors should be a transparency of black. Material uses 32% black. But maybe 40% black would look better in our case. This applies to DIALOG too.

@sdimchevski hey! @zdrawku told me to assign all of these issues i created related to the material dark theme to you. But i see you are already assigned to some. These are visual inconsistencies between the ignite ui material dark theme and Material Design dark theme.
