Input Group Theming Issues

Description

This is an AppBuilder app showing Input Group, using a custom dark theme based on material dark, with custom surface background color (blue).

Expected result

13. When label is missing, outline looks broken.
14. Outline: same recommendations I made for date picker.
15. All text labels: same recommendations I made for date picker.
16. Inactive state (background): same recommendations I made for date picker.
17. Disabled state (background): same recommendations I made for date picker.
18. Dropdown items hover and focused background colors should be a 8% white.
