igx-date-picker - Add custom theme attribute

Add custom theme attribute for igx-date-picker theme.
Describe the solution you'd like
igx-date-picker has a igx-input-group that allows to customize the theme with a attribute but it is not exposed by the date picker API.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The theme is inferred in runtime but it not cached https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/input-group#input-group-theme
