support the index file method of Folder Note

Great idea for an Obsidian plugin. Love the control it affords when it comes to when to add the triggering tag. However, I would like to use the index file method of Folder Note, where the folder note does not have the same name as the folder, but instead has a common name across all folder (e.g. about.md). I would be fantastic if Waypoint could support this functionality.

In a similar vein it would be great to be able to add a prefix to the folder name, so that Waypoint would not just look for foldername.md but also (if _ were specified as the prefix) _foldername.md.

Maybe this could be added with the above by allowing variables in the setting for the index file name, e.g. for @mgamble's above suggestion the setting would be about and for my suggestion is would be _{foldername}
