Updating settings doesn't auto-refresh waypoints

If I update a setting that changes the waypoint output, the existing waypoint output is unchanged until I change a file in the folder or delete + rerender the waypoint.

To reproduce:

1. Create a folder with some files
2. Create a waypoint in that folder
3. Enable a setting such as "Show enclosing note"
4. Observe that the waypoint still has the old setting's behavior

It's only a mild inconvenience since it'll refresh on the next change anyway
