[Feature Request] Auto create folder notes on install

It would be cool to automatically create all of the folder notes with %% Waypoint %% in them when I install the extension and then click a button. This would remove having to go through each of the folders and creating the folder note inside it.

A word-around is to install the folder notes plugin, create a template file with %% Waypoint %% in it, then use "Create folder note for every folder"
