Feature request: let me create waypoints and landmarks in the root anyway.

It would be very nice to have a toggle in the settings or something, that would allow me to override the default behavior of preventing creating of a TOC in the root.

I have Waypoints in all my subfolders, so my perceived result would be an automatically created set of links to the Waypoints in my subfolders.

A little "Yes, I understand the concerns, and I acknowledge this is a bad idea, and I still want to do it anyway" safety switch would be delightful.
