Issue 3178 custom token revocation

Summary

  • Added ITokenRevocationService / DefaultTokenRevocationService
  • Added IdentityServerServiceFactory.TokenRevocationService
  • Moved revocation logic from RevocationEndpointController to DefaultTokenRevocationService #3178

Hey, thanks for the work on this @loftum, @leastprivilege and @brockallen. Any way to get this in 2.6.1? We've been holding off extending with our own endpoint since we would prefer this functionality on the core revocation endpoint.
