authorizeresponse.html - Cannot localise "Please Wait..."

Question / Issue

I can't seem to find a way to localise the phrase "Please Wait..." when posting back to the relying application. It looks like the authorizereponse.html does not use a placeholder for this text

Ok, I'll look into making that more extensible.

Come to think of it... none of the views are localized. What are you currently doing for localization of the other views?

We are shelling out to our own UI ( redirecting in the UserService PreAuth), but completing the authorise flow back to the RA is still using the inbuilt view
