changes in UserInfoClient and the WinForms client Sample, need an update

UserInfoCLient current version from github has some differences from the version used in the sample. i think i have it partway bu8t if anyone has info to help it will be great.

GetAsync() now needs a token parameter. also the response.Claims looks like it's very different and the sample code is not working. no longer .Item1 in the collection, at least i think that was what it was....
