We have reproduced and fixed this issue. We will be publishing an update very soon.

This issue is fixed in version 5.21.6001.0 published on July 24, 2024.

This issue was fixed yesterday and we will be publishing an updated version next week.

CopyHandler and MoveHandler do not check if the source and destination resources are the same resource
