Change description

Remove the attribute “extent” from the "Sea" and the "MarineCirculationZone" feature types and add the related constraints. The SR TG has not yet been converted into AsciiDoc format, so the related changes will be implemented as soon as the converted TG is available. The change is introduced in the application schema and the UML.
