Feature Request: gitea settings on workspace json

Inserting the gitea.instanceURL, gitea.owner, gitea.repo, gitea.token doesn't work when inserted on .vscode/settings.json

Thank for you feedback. This surprises me: I use the extension mainly by setting the repo from the workspace options, and this works well 😮

Can you share some conf file and/or screenshot to better understand the problem?

Can confirm this is still a bug... I wasn't able to grab the issues without configuring workspace settings.

My config settings in .vscode/settings.json had no impact.
