Description: An uninterrupted transmission will continue even if the sender or receiver changes channel mid-transmission.

Steps to reproduce: Add a 343 to each person, have one transmit an uninterrupted broadcast, and the receiver change channels

Where did the issue occur? Dedicated, specifically United Operations Primary

We should just call keyUp handler on channel switching. Probably any radio operations except talking.
