What's the meaning of "needASR" in the file named "data_complete.json"

I noticed that there is no ASR data in the file, even though 'needASR' is set to true.

I also noticed that the OCR data misses some of the fonts present in the video. For example, this issue can be observed in the video named 6945348680832552233.mp4.
