Tests for warnings and exceptions

Currently, exceptions and warnings are not tested in pyPESTO. Not all of them would be important to test, but some things (e.g., exceptions for incorrect settings passed by the user) would be desirable to have... Similar things are done in the PEtab visualization, if somebody wants to check how this can be done...
