Write Classes for Parameters and Properties

Currently, these are structs, but in most routines, we ask for the existence of specific fields and test then is they are empty. Classes would make this much nicer.

There's also a different milestone for this: the "object orientation" milestone, e.g. Pesto rel. 1.1., so to speak
