Parallel Tempering for Thermodynamic Integration

In order to use the parallel tempering implementation to perform thermodynamic integration, it would be good to

• allow the temperatures to be user-defined
• allow the use of no temperatureAdaptionScheme
• sampling from log(likelihood^tau) + log(prior) instead of log(post^tau)
