Add feature or button in the Checker Help page to move keyboard focus to an element to aid in guiding the user in "Needs Review" rules.

Adding a feature or button on the Help page may will the user to "see" the results of pressing the "tab" key to see the results of the element receiving keyboard focus, without having to exit the help and pressing the "tab" key manually.

1. Its a required step in "Needs review" for the element to receive keyboard focus
2. It is difficult to navigate out of the Checker, find the correct element, press the "tab" key, and re-scan to see if the issue has gone away. This button/feature will help facilitate this manual procedure
3. Remembering to re-scan to see the results can also be a step that is forgotten or missed and leads to keyboard issue escaping after Unitl test or Verify - Manual checks.

Issue isn't clear on what the scenario is. I think it's solved by keyboard checker mode.
