Start tracking the Hypixel API policy

The API policy changes all the time and no one ever notices, I made an API endpoint to help assist in tracking this.

Thanks for looking into this! Could you change this to track straight from the source, I don't see why a third party API would be need (and I'm uncomfortable using one).

I get that. This was just an endpoint I made for personal use in one of my projects and someone in SBRC recommended I make a PR for HypixelTracking to take advantage of it. I'm sure someone else could port it natively here but I do not have the JS skill/experience needed
