Registry system

Adds a Minecraft registry system to Jet.

Related to: #20

This is basically finished, but i would like to do few more things before merging:

  • [X] Add data-driven registries, for stuff such as blocks and items.
  • [X] Add tag registries.
  • [X] Change structure of registry classes.
  • [X] Cleanup.
