In AE 2015.0.1 the controls don't fill the panel and the panel doesn't scroll in such a way that you can get to the submit button when the panel is small.

Make that AE Version 13.5.1.48

It has been like this since the first version. Not exactly sure how to make textarea elastic, although it would be a good improvement.
