主题增加分享功能

看到其他主题有分享功能，不过都是外面的，可以考虑下增加微信、微博的分享功能哈~

其实我也用的百度分享,一段脚本,是有的,不过如果代码托管在github,会被浏览器拦截,提示,不安全的脚本,需要点击继续加载,如下:

重新加载后,就会有的.你代码加在哪里,就会在哪里显示的:就是这个样子了:我是加在文章末尾的:
