Clicking onto pane disallows readjusting of PolygonLabels

Describe the bug If I do not select any of the options of the pane upon entering a new Task window, I can readjust the PolygonLabels. However, once I click onto any of the options in the pane, there's no way to readjust the labels.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a task with existing PolygonLabels
2. Click onto the label, it will allow you to readjust the points
3. Click onto the options pane (where you can toggle between, mouse, span, zoom in and out)
4. Click onto the label again, readjusting is not possible

Expected behavior I expect a way to readjust the label points

I'm running v1.11.0, and this works fine - clicking a label selects all the polygon points in the label, and allows one to adjust them.

Have you resolved the issue? I have encountered a similar problem as well. Could you please provide guidance on how to address it?

For me switching from Chrome to Microsoft Edge solved the issue.
