instance segmentation: hovering over a segmentation shows the segmentation in the wrong position

Describe the bug

When hovering over a instance segmentation, the mask is shown in the wrong location on the image.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll down to '....'
  4. See error

What version of Label Studio are you using? I believe that recent releases have fixed this (the latest is 1.11.0)
