Describe the bug The editing box does not automatically display in the visible area when double clicke selected region.

To Reproduce

1. chose a region that are not in the visible Regions area.
2. double clicke the region.

Expected behavior The editing box of this region will automatically display in the visible Regions area.

• Label Studio Version:1.8.2
• Browser:Edge 116.0.1938.69

Additional context Version 1.8.1 does not have this issue.
